Progress.

“I know I can (I know I can) , be what I want to be (be what I want to be) ..If I work hard at it (If I work hard at it) .. I’ll be where I want to be (I’ll be where I want to be).”

This post is more of a reminder to BE GREAT in this .. new year , new slate.

They say hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard. So question .. “What is currently on your plate.? Are you trying to eat.?”(as the kids say). Your #1 motivator will forever be your backbone .. no matter who’s support you have, which is always a extreme advantage .. at the end of the day it’s the work Y O U sow in that will reap results.

  1. Set short term and long term goals for yourself.
  2. Give yourself incentives when completed.

It may sound silly , but a reward is something to look forward to, enhancing the feeling of accomplishment.

Everybody’s path is different just keep on working.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel and it’s not the train.”

I had a discussion yesterday with my youth group, and my takeaway from that meeting for them was to set clear goals and their actions would get them to that goal. They didn’t all see the big picture at the moment

It takes time , baby steps. Once they set simple goals and work towards achieving it .. they will start to learn from their personal experience.

Do you think hard work fails? Or is there a point when you give up your hard work and then in that moment you fail?
